Wheat Milkshake/Energy/Healthy Drink

Recipe card for Wheat Milkshake:

Preparation Time : 5mins 

Cooking Time: 15mins - 20 mins

Serves: 4 glasses

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup wheat

  • 4 tsp jaggery

  • 1tsp salt

  • 2 cardamom peeled

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2.5 cup water 

  • Almonds and Pistachio for topping

​

Instruction:

  1. Take 1/2 cup wheat in a bowl and rinse well

  2. Soak it in water for about 14-15 hours

  3. After 15 hours the wheat would have doubled up.

  4. Strain out the water 

  5. Take a mixer jar and wheat, salt, cardamom, Jaggery and milk

  6. Blend it to a smooth paste

  7. Now filter the juice and squeeze the pulp 

  8. Take the leftover pulp and add water in a mixer jar and blend again.

  9. Take a filter and strain the juice and squeeze the pulp firmly 

  10. Chill the extracted milkshake for an hour.

  11. Top it up some nuts and serve cold.
