Oats Cutlet
Recipe card for Oats Cutlet:

Cooking Time: 15 mins - 20 mins
Serves: 10 pieces

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats
-
1/2 cup fresh coconut
-
1 tsp green chilly paste
-
1 tbsp coriander
-
1/2 cup curd
-
1 medium onion chopped
-
1 tsp cumin seeds
-
1-2 tsp gram flour/besan (for binding)
-
salt (as per taste)
-
oil (for roasting)

Instruction:
-
Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients: rolled oats, fresh coconut, green chilly paste, coriander, curd, onions,cumin seeds, gram flour, salt.

Mix well to form a dough.

Check the binding and if required add more gram flour.

Take a portion of he dough and make thin round cutlets.
-
Heat a pan, add oil, place the cutlets and put some more oil on top.

Roast them well .

Flip over,add oil and roast them on the other side.

Serve hot with some ketchup or some spicy dip.
