Besan Dosa Spring Roll

Serves: 15 pieces

Ingredients:
​​ For Batter:​​
-
1 cup Besan
-
1 tsp rice flour
-
1tsp red chilli powder
-
2 pinch hing
-
2 cloves garlic crushed
-
1/4 tsp sugar
-
1/4 tsp soda
-
salt
-
oil for roasting
​
For Topping:
-
​1 small carrot grated
-
1 small capsicum chopped
-
1 medium onion chopped
-
1 green chilli chopped
-
coriander chopped
-
grated cheese(optional)
​​
Instruction:
-
Mix all the batter ingredients with water in a bowl (consistency like bajji batter).
-
Mix all the vegetables together.
-
Take a pan/dosa tawa and heat it.
-
Pour a ladle full of besan batter and spread out in circular motion slightly thinner than masala dosa.
-
Spread 1tsp oil over dosa
-
Spread all the chopped vegetables along with cheese
-
Cover and roast till it turns crisp and golden brown.
-
Finally roll it on the tawa and cut it into pieces.
-
Serve it hot with ketchup/mint chutney.
