Chilly Baby Corn

Recipe card for Chilly Baby Corn:

Preparation Time : 15 mins 

Cooking Time: 20 mins - 25 mins

Serves: 3- 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 200 gms baby corn diced

  • 12 cloves chopped garlic 

  •  8 chopped green chillies

  • 1 small onion cubed 

  • 1 small capsicum cubed

  • 3 tsp schezwan chutney 

  • 1 tsp red chilly sauce 

  • 1 tsb tomato ketchup 

  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce 

  • 3 tbsp chopped spring onions 

  • 2-3 tbsp water 

  • 2 tbsp oil 

  • salt (as per taste)

Instruction:

  1. Heat the pan and add oil.

  2. Add garlic , green chilles and saute well.

  3. Add onions and satue till transulent.

  4. Add baby corn pieces and a pinch of salt to fry all the vegetables fast.

  5. Add capsicum and fry well.

  6. Add all the sauces: schezwan chutney, red chilly sauce, tomato ketchup and mix well to combine the flavours.

  7. After 2 mins add soy sauce and give a nice mix. 

  8. Add in some water, bring it to a boil and add chopped spring onions.

  9. Saute for a minute or two and turn off the flame.

  10. Serve hot with some tomato ketchup or schezwan chutney if you a spicy eater.
