Dill Leaves / Sabsige
Pocket Chapathi
Recipe card Dill Leaves/Sabsige Pocket Chapathi:
Preparation Time : 15mins
Cooking Time: 25mins - 30 mins
Serves: 4-5 pocket chapathis

Ingredients:
For Dough:
-
1 cup wheat flour
-
1/2 tsp sugar
-
1 tsp salt
-
3 tsp oil
-
water
-
50 gms butter (applying on chapathi)
For Stuffing:
-
1.5 cup dill leaves/ sabsige finely chopped
-
1 small capsicum finely chopped
-
1 tsp red chilly flakes
-
1/2 tsp salt

Instruction:
-
In a large bowl mix all the dough ingredients along with water.
-
Knead well to a smooth and soft dough adding water as required.
-
Set aside for 15 mins.
-
Take another bowl add chopped capsicum,dill leaves/sabsige , chilly flakes and salt.

Mix well to combine all the spices.
-
Now pinch a small ball sized dough and dustit with the flour.
-
Roll the dough to flatten and make sure to roll it big and very thin.
-
Apply butter on the rolled dough evenly.
-
Spread the dill leaves mix.
-
Fold the sides and apply butter over again.
-
Spread the dill leaves mix.
-
Further fold the other two sides of the chapathi into a pocket and press gently to bind it.
-
Now on a hot tawa place the pocket and cook for a minute .

Add oil and press slightly on both the sides.

Flip over once or twice till cooked well.
-
Serve hot with some butter,curd and pickle.
