Chocolate Milkshake

Serves: 10 glasses

Ingredients:
For syrup :

1/2 lt milk​

1/4 cup whipping cream
-
1/8 cup cocoa powder
-
1/2 cup dark chocolate compound
-
1/2 cup sugar
-
1/8 cup corn flour
For milkshake:
-
​5-6 pieces oreo/ any chocolate biscuit
-
1/2 cup milk
​
Instruction:
-
In a large mixing bowl, add: milk, whipping cream, sugar, coco powder and mix well.

Add corn flour and mix well to make sure there are no lumps.

Strain the chocolate mixture into a saucepan.

Cook the chocolate mix for 10 mins and keep stirring.

Add the dark chocolate compound and mix well .

Cook for about 8 mins till the mixture thickens.

Turn off the flame and cool it completely .

Refrigerate for 3 hours and the chocolate syrup is ready.

This syrup can be stored the refrigerator for upto 20 days.

In a mixing jar, add 5 spoons prepared chocolate syrup,1/2 cup milk, oreo biscuit and whip it for 2 times.

Transfer it to a glass and the cold chocolate milkshake is ready to be served.
