Sweet Potato Cham Cham
Recipe card for Sweet Potato Cham Cham:

Serves: 12-15 pieces

Ingredients:
-
250 grams sweet potato
-
6-8 tsp powdered sugar (can be differ acc to taste)
-
4 tsp milk powder
-
5 tbsp desiccated coconut (1 tbsp for mixing and 4 tbsp for garnish)
-
2 tsp ghee
-
1/2 tsp rock salt
-
pistachio and almonds for garnish
-
2 glasses water boil
​
Instruction:
-
Rinse the sweet potatoes thoroughly in water.
-
Take 2 glasses of water in a vessel and add salt.
-
Add chopped sweet potatoes and boil.
-
Boil until its soft enough and insert a stick to make sure it enters smoothly.
-
Turn off the flame and drain the water.
-
Let the sweet potatoes cool down.
-
Peel the skin of the sweet potatoes and grate them.
-
Take a mixing bowl and add the grated sweet potatoes, powdered sugar, desiccated coconut, milk powder and ghee.

Mix all of them together to form a nice soft dough,
-
Grease your hands with some ghee.

Pinch small portion of the dough at a time and roll it in cylindrical shape and keep it aside.

Now roll it in desiccated coconut to a get a nice covering.

Top it with some slices pistachios and almonds .

Now the Sweet Potato Cham Cham is ready to be served.
